Katalyst can be used every day, depending on the type of workout you are doing. For strength and power training, we recommend 2-3 sessions per week, with 48 hours between workouts to allow your muscles to recover. For cardio training, daily use is fine because the impulse frequency does not cause a full muscle contraction. You can even combine a cardio workout with a strength or power workout on the same day, if desired. From an exercise planning perspective we recommend doing the strength session first and follow up with a cardio workout. The recovery mode has no limitations and can be used every day.
