Katalyst offers a one-year limited warranty on the Suit and accessories, and a three-year limited warranty on the Impulse Pack. The warranty covers manufacturer-related defects, and not defects arising from normal wear-and-tear, misuse, etc. The longevity of any product largely depends on how it is cared for, and the Katalyst Training System is no different. What is your return policy?
All returns must be made within 30 days of order delivery date. To initiate a return request, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Katalyst is a medical device and we cannot resell any product that has been returned to us. Because of this, we charge a 20% restocking fee. Returns must include all items originally shipped to you. Katalyst is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking. Refunds for purchases will be credited back to the original payment method.
Why do you charge a 20% restocking fee?
Katalyst is a medical device and we cannot resell any product that has been returned to us. Because of this, we charge a 20% restocking fee.
Other connected fitness devices (Peloton, Tonal, etc.) routinely charge a $250 delivery & installation fee, separate from the purchase of the product. There is no such fee with Katalyst. If you later decide to return the device, you will pay another $250 to have it returned. All told, this equates to >20% of the cost, placing our restocking fee well within a typical range.
